My husband was in need of supplemental insurance and we sat down with John David and he explained everything we needed to know and answered all the questions we had in a way we could understand. As many know, the maize of supplemental insurance can be overwhelming. Then a year later, I lost my job of 31 years and was in a panic about what to do about affordable health insurance. Both John David and Christi sat with me and explained all the affordable options I had and made a very difficult decision very easy. They are both very kind people and will help you with options without pressuring you. I would highly recommend them for your health insurance options!!!

Since retiring, my husband and I would dread the yearly nightmare of trying to make heads or tails of medicare plans. We couldn’t understand the lingo of “Insurance Speak” and wished the insurance industry would just use layman’s terms so we could understand and be able to make an informed decision. Every year we would go to the different meetings trying to figure out what was best for us only to find out it was more of a sales meeting with no comparisons of other plans, no real advice , just a rush job to get your signature on paper within their choice of plan. I was reaching the point of choosing a plan by wherever my finger landed on a page while my eyes were closed. Last year while searching online for information on Medicare Plans again, I had the good fortune of meeting Christi Lynn. I was immediately struck by how patient she was, she took the time to get to know my husband and I so she could try to find the best plan for us individually. She delved into what was needed and mattered the most to us and explained the terms that were over our heads and then let us make the choice from a comparison of plans. We couldn’t be happier with the help Christi Lynn has given us. To us, she seems like a caring, helpful friend that just happens to be an insurance agent.
