I can’t thank Gary enough for helping me through a difficult auto insurance debacle. I recently had a really bad experience with another insurance provider. After approving a repair claim, allowing my car to be repaired at one of their preferred centers, this insurance company changed my agent. The new agent called me the day my car was ready for pick up stating they made some administrative errors on my repair claim and they weren’t sure if the repair costs were cover. To say I was stressed out is not even close to the truth. I was livid and frustrated. After that situation, they doubled my rates even though I had never had an accident before. I was being punished for using my coverage.
I thought I could just jump online and find a new insurance company with better terms and pay for the new policy online. Well times have certainly changed, especially having a Kia (thanks Kia boys 👎).
Gary really went above and beyond to find the right fit for my circumstances and he saved me a significant amount of money as well! A stressful situation turned into a really positive experience. Thank you Gary. I appreciate all of your effort!
