I was certainly not expecting to have such a positive experience searching for health insurance after losing my job, but these people made it happen. Alex was so patient with all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the options available. I felt well-informed about what I was signing up for, and when I was transferred to the fulfillment department to complete the registration, the gentleman who helped me with that part of the process was also very patient and knowledgeable. I could not have had a better experience and was very pleasantly surprised.

The person who actually helped me, Bryan, was amazing, took 1.5 hours to help make sure we got a plan that worked for what I needed most and that would eat me keep my primary care as well as my dentist and I don’t feel like I got something too cheap or two expensive. He checked that everyone I wanted was in network and was amazing. He was FIVE STARS! Now, the part where I would leave ZERO STARS if I could. I have received hundreds, (not exaggerating at all) hundreds of phone calls from other employees since from other people in the company trying to get me to switch to a different plan ever since. Every phone call I insist 10 times I am happy with my plan but just want to stop receiving calls and begging them to remove me from the list. No matter how many numbers I block I keep receiving more texts, emails and phone calls from different numbers. I already got a plan through their company but I am beginning to regret all of it. I just want to be left alone now. I even have Robokiller that helps filter messages but it’s still constant. It’s been less than a week but I have no idea how to get it to stop. The initial interaction was AMAZING! Everything since then has been hell.

The sign up was very quick and easy and way less stressful then I though it would be. The step by step explanation was wonder and really helpful and easy understood. I’m happy so far. Great affordability rates to fit your person.

I don’t feel my plan was explained to me well.
I have part of something I have recently cancelled after realizing what it was, I don’t need it. Hopefully cancelling it won’t be an issue. I’m within the time limit. We shall see.
