I called Milton wright State Farm to help my grandmother pay a bill and Ashanti (I think was her name) answered the phone. My grandmother was asking her a million questions about her bill and she let us know that she was new but would get us all the answers. She did just that! Her patience with us was amazing. I may have to switch over to Milton Wright State Farm myself.
