Finding a reasonable Home Insurance quote with an reliable agent is one thing that has become a bit of a pain recently. The worst Insurance agency around. Never spoke with an actual agent. Always got the run around when I asked to speak directly with an agent and then either got a text or email that never received a response.
They even provided wrong information to me when asked about the move from Farmer’s to Slide. Thank goodness I called Slide directly and got correct information.
Do yourself a favor and call a different insurance agency.

Update: spoke with Mariano directly on July 22, 2024, and he was very adamant that his team couldn’t have done or given misinformation. He also kept insisting that because his agency has glowing 5 star reviews that I’m the only one that has had an issue. Any time I tried to explain my point of view, he kept interrupting and negating my experience. If I could give zero stars to them, I would.
