I have now had Stan and his family as my agents for at least 10 years, and I can honestly say I couldn’t ask for better insurance agents. They are always available to answer any questions I have, and even help me get the best balance of coverage and price that I have ever seen with an insurance agency. Insurance shopping is one of those things nobody wants to do. Upon calling Nationwide: Stanl Allen And associates it was an immediate refreshment from your typical insurance agency. Stan Pam And Paul delivered a very professional and quick solution to my insurance inquiries. Their professional team was able to save me a great deal of money on my home auto and life insurance. I highly recommend them to anybody who is in the market and does not want to deal with the headache of the same large corporate screen prompt reading agents.

This agency is horrible, specifically Pam. We’ve had our account over charged and then policy renewed when it was supposed to have been canceled, which means charged for the renewal. Even with email conversations confirming cancelation, Pam still didn’t do her job. I wouldn’t recommend using this incompetent agency.
