Neil Lansing’s agency has been very good to me. They have offered frequently to review my insurance coverage to make sure that it is appropriate for my needs. I consulted them only once in recent years over an incident that might have resulted in my filing a claim. Their advice was excellent and it turned out that I did not need to file the claim. My only complaint–and it has nothing to do with the quality of service I have received–is that their office is far away from my home, and I have never actually met Mr. Lansing nor any of his colleagues in his office.

I’ve never had to make a claim on homeowner’s insurance but this year we had 2 major storms back to back that caused damage to our house.
