Michelle is the best!! I have been using Nielsen for since 2014 and their level of personalized service is the best. I travel and Michelle will not let my policy lapse for lack of payment without a personalized phone call. I have gotten competitive quotes for more and less money i will stay with the best service insurance company. 6/13/2019

Had this company for about 5 years and the majority of time the service has been deplorable. Fortunately, I’ve never needed to make a claim. I’ve been trying for THREE WEEKS TO RENEW MY POLICY. THE PEDICAB DEPRTMENT NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. Let me repeat THE PEDICAB DEPT NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. I had been dealing with Brenda, she was ok, now I’m dealing with MEGAN CLARK AND SHE’s USELESS. Megan thinks a few emails and her job is done. Megan IS NEVER AVAILABLE ON THE PHONE AND DOESNT RETURN CALLS. They like to store your credit card info on paper GOD FORBID that info gets in the wrong hands. I literally only call them ONCE a year to make initial down payment AND THIS AGENCY REPS THINK THATS TOO MUCH WORK. Apparently, as long as you have no other obligations and can sit around ALL DAY UNTIL THEY HAVE TIME FOR U IS THE ONLY WAY TO GET WHAT U WANT FROM THEM. Thumb down.👎🏿
