I have gotten so accustomed to poor customer service that most any call made to a business or service provider it is my working assumption I will be met with poor service, the rep will not listen to my concern or will argue with me or talk down to me. I don’t expect any help from them. I was not simply surprised, I was dumbfounded by the conversation with Marek concerning my upcoming insurance renewal!

Marek patiently listened to my questions. He then asked insightful follow up questions and took the time to talk me through my options. He went the extra mile when he suggested a couple of changes I did not realize were options so that by the end of the conversation he had saved me a little money. He had also given me several helpful ideas to explore in the future.

I completed the call convinced one of the best decisions I have made is the decision to trust Northpoint Insurance Advisors with both my home and car insurance needs. They are good business advisors. They also care for me as a customer.
