We already had some policies with Kevin and we had some questions for him. He answered us with a question, “well why does the sun rise in the east & set in the west.” At this very moment it was time to change insurance companies! Also, he will talk your head off about personal stuff going on in his life.
Also, don’t speak ill about someone’s spouse! Extremely unprofessional. I don’t recommend working with him.

As other people have said, Kevin saved me $100s of dollars on auto/home insurance – with exactly the same or even better coverage! I appreciate Kevin’s attention to detail – researching the best solution for my family’s insurance needs. The highlight for me is Kevin’s customer service (yes, I like to save money, but I also like to be treated with respect). Kevin responded to my inquiries quickly and intelligently. He is courteous and attentive, even as we all seem to be conducting business by phone or email. He will let you know if he can’t answer a question, but he will get an answer for you, even if it’s 1:00 am. Highly recommend Kevin.

Piror to Kevin, I’ve met 4 different agents and none of them go extra mile to check if the townhouse qualified for Condo insurance. Kevin not only corrected the policy.
