Gabriela went above and beyond for me and my family. I was starting to get agitated about my situation and she calmly handled my frustration. On top of all that she was able to lower mine and my daughter’s policy significantly and handled all of the background stuff as well! I was super pleased with her and this company. I would highly recommend their services and definitely recommend Gabriela!

I would like to give less than one star, the costumer service of this company is horrible, it is unacceptable that I call because I need a copy of my insurance and 4 different people transfer me and each one “starts the process and then they hang up the phone without caring, when I try to communicate with them I have to explain what I need again and how it gives them laziness and they hang up the phone, if it were an insurance sale they call you back a thousand times if the call drops! It’s so disrespectful! Little seriousness, the agents are rude! I wish I had never bought insurance with them! I don’t recommend it at all

Summer is the only acceptable person to talk to from the company. I’ve waited all week fo someone to get back to me when i was told i would be reached out to same day. Expect to be told “They are too busy” and expect to be hung up on. So unprofessional it’s not even funny.
