I normally don’t take the time to review the places (such as this) that we all take for granted. But I had to take a minute out of my day to compliment the unexpectedly pleasant experience I had here. Let’s face it, “adulting” is not always a fun category when catastrophe strikes. However, our Am-Fam agent has made life a lot less stressful since we unfortunately had a sewage backup that resulted in flooding. He’s been easily reachable, and very understanding.
