She is no longer at this office but the one in New York if you all are wondering went to the office 2 days ago she no longer work at this one .
They make their money by selling you insurance from companies that don’t pay out if you have an accident. When they don’t pay out the other insurance company sues you to get payment, then it’s your responsibility to sue the your insurance company to get the payment from them. It will cost you $$$$ in lawyer fees.
Get quotes from Progressive, State Farm, etc. You will find insurance thru one of the reputable insurance company for around the same price.
Also they don’t answer their phones when you call, if you do get a hold of someone they will say they will call you back and never do(3 days in a row this happened to me.) Called corporate to talk to them about it, and they are just as bad as their in store employees.
Please go with a reputable company, not Oxford!
