How in the world does an insurance company have an almost perfect rating on Google reviews? Customer service and follow up and follow through. I’ve had 3 large claims with them recently after being with them for 20+ years. They were amazing in everyone of them. I had contractors who were there getting bids that wouldn’t even bid on the job if it was a .com insurance company. They said it was to much brain damage to deal with. Phil and ALL of his staff, are professional, kind, and knowledgeable. They are the bar for other insurance companies , and agencies to strive for. Good job guys! And thanks for ALL of your help this past couple of years!!!
