They’re prompt, understanding, and patient. Their summer hours are shorter than the rest of the year. Summer hours are 9:30-2:30 starting July 15th (new this year) and then they’ll go back to 5:30pm (hopefully soon). Highly recommend for all insurance help! Thanks Emma!! In my personal experience Pella insurance has been the most effective insurance agency I have ever been to. Everyone is very welcoming at pella, and they are all passionate about what they do. I have not had a single negative experience at pella. If you are looking for the best insurance agency in the boston area then this is your place, everyone is good at their given area of insurance. I can’t say enough good things about everyone at Pella. I have been with Pella for 3 years and I love that I can have face to face conversations as well as the online/phone access. Not only is everyone at Pella so welcoming and friendly but they make you feel like part of a family.
Peter is the person I deal most with (but I have had great luck with everyone).

So little info on how amazing Peter is my car was hit while parked it was on camera and I did everything I was supposed to do police report sent in video reached out to the other person’s insurance and I was getting nowhere. This happened July of 2022 in may of 2023 I asked Peter for his opinion and without even a second thought he offered to help here we are June 21 only a month later and the other insurance magically took responsibility. I can’t Thank Peter and the team at Pella enough for this and everything else they have done over the last 3 years.

Perfect service by everyone at the office. I walked in and there was a very warm greeting by Leo. Paperwork was smooth and no unnecessary extra fees charged. Gave me very affordable rates with very clear price breakup. Would definitely recommend.

I cannot say enough about how professional, competent, and HELPFUL Peter at Pella Insurance was! Moving from NC there were so many requirements in regard to owning a car that I simply did not know about. Peter made sure I was covered in all respects and found an auto policy for me that matched my coverage in NC at a more reasonable price AND he even submitted an online application for my neighborhood parking permit so that I didn’t get towed away during my first week in Brighton! Working with Pella Insurance was a harbinger of how wonderful living here has been. Thank you!
