Laura helped me set up new policies for home, auto, and umbrella. She was extremely helpful and informative. She provided me exactly what I was looking for, which was peace of mind for myself and my family. Laura also assured me that herself or anyone else at the Philleo office would be able to provide help with understanding or making changes to my policies. That was very reassuring considering that the previous agency I worked with would simply tell me that my agent wasn’t available when I called in, and I would just have to wait to hear back. (Sometimes I waited over a week to hear back, or wouldn’t hear back at all after waiting a few weeks, and I’d have to call back.) Laura assured me this was not going to ever be the case now that I was working with Philleo. Thanks Laura! I’m looking forward to working with your agency!

Unprofessional group of women, I requested a new insurance policy for a new company I am starting. I spoke with Jeanne G early June 2024 in order to gather the information needed to begin the application process. I provided the completed application and additional documents requested on June 18th 2024. It is now August 16th 2024. I have still not yet received any follow up communication, a response back email, phone call or update in regards to my request. Unfortunately, the agent I initially worked with at Philleo since 2016 Tim is no longer employed with this company. Since his departure the level of customer service as gone down hill.
