Horrible experience here with progressive I am absolutely disgusted by the lack of communication I have regarding MY claim. I leave voicemails, emails and text and only hear from them every other day when they feel like it. I receive little to no help here with progressive. If you’re shopping around for insurance avoid progressive like the plague. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
