They do not even deserve one star. I deal with Nicole Link and her supervisor David Schmidt. March 12th, 2024 I got hit by someone they insured. They ran. Luckily my car caught the accident on camera so they had to take liability for the accident and pay for the damages. I have tried and tried to get a diminished value out of my car through them yet with every piece of evidence I have given them it is not enough including an appraisal. I am owed over 6 grand from them. This is something that I am entitled to. Anyone that has a brain knows that a car that has been in an accident is not worth as much as it was before the accident occurred, even after being repaired. My car is not worth how much I owe on it anymore and they know it, but yet they are very unprofessional and apparently does not care if their insured gets sued, because that is my next step. They ran, and progressive just won’t give me what I am owed so now I am forced to sue the person that hit me.

These people are absolute Crooks and thieves. They allow tow truck companies whom they represent to literally avoid the claim process and lie claiming they never towed your vehicle despite all the paperwork saying they did. The tow company broke into my vehicle stole money and damaged the vehicle. Then Progressive claimed they cannot show you the video of the tow when it happened. Progressive reps literally refused to process the claim against the Thief tow company they represented but instead insisted that I filed the claim on my Progressive policy. Even when I told them about filing a police report the guy who’s the manager of claims nonchalantly said the police aren’t going to be able to help me either. Progressive claims reps. need to be investigated and physically reprimanded. The wicked beings at Progressive claims prolonged the initial claims process and then denied the claim stating that it took too long in between the damage from the tow and when they finally filed the claim. If you unfortunately have Progressive Insurance and happened to read this, file with your States Department of Insurance, Better Business Bureau and any other place that you can. It might not help do anything other than make you feel better before you cancel your policy with them.

Terrible customer services. No communication at all. I am having horrible experience trying to get help for my claim. These people can’t pick up the phone call for 3 days trying to get a rental car that I am paying for amd no one is answering the phone. I would never advise anyone to get in business with this company. They will do anything it takes to not cover your claim by asking stupid questions and ignoring your phone call.

I am giving progressive a 3 ONLY because of Johanna and what an amazing job she did making sure my car got finished… Austin my first rep was beyond rude, never gave me updates, would let my calls and texts go unanswered when I would ask for updates… aren’t reps supposed to advocate for their clients?? . just unprofessional. Didn’t seem to care about his job and he wasn’t that great at it either! Again, thank you Johanna for getting the job done!! Once again proving if you want something said, ask a man. If you want something done, ask a woman.

Cannot get Vaughn to respond to calls or email. Had to discuss claim with rep over and over, giving her the information numerous times. One of the local body shops won’t deal with Progressive. Would not recommend to anyone!
