Slimy, shady, in finding ways to keep my money on premium I didn’t even use. I switched insurance the same day my payment came out. I asked the person whom I am switching my insurance with. If I should wait, they said no. That the insurance couldn’t legally keep unused premium. I would only be changed for the day. When I called Progressive, I was taken back when they told me I was only getting a $120 back. I asked how that could be when it had only been a day. They said they even thought it’s spreads out in equal payment. They front load it, where more of my premium is charged at the beginning. Even though I haven’t used it, they can keep it. I said you’re basically penalizing me for canceling. She’s said no, we’re not. I argued and said yes you are.”” How can you keep money premium that hasn’t been used. Then she turns around and says yes we are.” Beware of when you cancel. You may get ripped off.

They are an absolute joke! Customer service is terrible! They added a family member to my policy without my permission tried to take an additional $500 out of my account each month because I live with a 16 year old who I am not responsible for. Then I went to cancel my policy and they are trying to charge me an additional $150-$500 because every person I talked to told me something different. I will never, and I mean never have them again. Now they are threatening to send me to collections because I paid May and they are wanting me to pay per day now not for the month. If you currently have insurance with them, I would highly recommend switching to Farm Bureau. They are so easy to work with, friendly, knowledgeable, and their rates are much better than progressive.

TERRIBLEEEEEEEEEEEEE INSURANCE. Robert is the worst agent ever!!!!!!! This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Where is she when you need her to show up? Wrecked my car and it was a total loss. They started off so sweet and then slowly but surely started lying to me & the car company 😭 Gave me the runaround, sent me to Charlotte to sign forms, no payment for me or my car company was issued. My insurance agent lied and said it was in the mail next day!!! Turns out he lied! It wasn’t issued until the next week! Has me STILL paying out of pocket for a rental I can’t afford because the payment was just issued! And because of that the total on my car went up and now he owes the car company more money!!!! What a joke this insurance company is!!! Please shop with someone who will take care of you better and treat you with some respect the whole way through!!!! Car insurance super high and they don’t even pay for rentals, baby you’re on your own with them 😘

Had to call because the tried to double my bill in 24 hours with no noticed. Spoke to Juan who got a terrible attitude with my boyfriend (the policy holder). He cut us off and was not helpful. He was rude. We also spoke to a woman who again would refuse to give us any answers on why the account had changed made to it without notifying us.

The office staff were delightful and helped me surrender my motorcycle title for my total loss claim and put the check in my hand so i could immediately deposit it and i liked that allot! I wish i remember the young gentlemans name that helped me he was very nice.
