If I could give them a -3 star I would. I have been with progressive since 2020. Over the last 4+ years my rates have done nothing but gone up. My insurance was around 180$ when i started with them. Now they’re trying to make me pay 300$ a month! I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. I have looked around other insurance companies. They are all giving me quotes for well under 150$ a month.

This review is not based on this facility but on the company as a whole. I’ve been with progressive for over 15+yrs “Emerald status” and you’d think they’d give you the best rate. Today I found out I could have been saving $25 dollars per month based on mileage. How, after numerous calls asking how to lower my bill was this over looked! 😡 very upset and feel taken advantage of! You’d think they’d apologize or try and make things right?? Ha!!! Dream on! Would recommend checking out liberty mutual as they had better rates.

You Are Loved
You just lost two customers. You all wouldn’t allow me to change my rates when you placed my policy at the highest amounts and told me you could lower them by half. Charging people almost $500/month. Ridiculous! Found the a new insurance company that charges less than half with just as good of a policy. Shame on you all for basically robbing people! I really liked Flo too..I thought we were cool.

The building is in a very easy to find location off a main road. I went in to sign over my title after a total loss & the process couldn’t have been more simple. The front desk is where the entire encounter takes place (I was expecting to be taken back to a cubical for some reason), so don’t get comfortable. If you bring the correct documents the appointment is less than 10 minutes!

My car was totaled on Sunday. I had a rental car by Monday. Albert Chatman handled everything for me and made sure he answered all of my questions in-depth (and I had a lot of questions). He was patient with me and made sure he kept me informed throughout the entire process. It is currently Wednesday and I will be able to start searching for a new car next week. Thank you to the progressive team. You have done a great job at handling my claim and I am thankful I switched.
