I’ve been with progressive for 17yrs with little to no issue until this last year. They have been adding people from my family and charging me triple for it. I called to remove them and it cost me 500 dollars before I caught it. Then they added my 70year old father again. Their is no excuse I haven’t lived with these people for 20 years and they have their own insurance. Now I have to prove they dont live with me. Before they will remove them. The crew was very cold and didn’t care I was frustrated. No I’m shopping around for new insurance

Called to get my car switched to a new one, the progressive representative was extremely rude and hung up on me without explanation. I had just bought a car and stress was high, and she acted like I was burdening her. Not what someone wants when they are choosing a company to protect yourself and all you need is a different car on the policy. All State quoted me for 100 less than Progressive, and my policy was dramatically increasing every month.

My car was stolen. I had full coverage on this car from progressive. They refused to replace my car. I’m out of tens of thousands of dollars. Worst insurance company out there. Super rude and will do anything to get out of paying. 0 star service. I’ll never recommend them to anyone.

Worst motorcycle insurance company I have ever dealt with. They changed our policy after our bike is stolen. They completely screwed us out of our bike so we can’t even replace it. For the record the bike that was stolen was a cancer patient who’s dream was to have a street glide cvo. This company will screw you every time

I first picked progressive because my other insurance company basically tripled my rate to $250 a month so I shopped around and progressive was very competitive so I went with them I was a little concerned when I did it that if I ever had a claim and I needed them that I would get service commensurate with the reduced rate but I had an accident a couple of weeks ago I rear-ended a parked truck because I was having a stroke and progressive has been awesome about it they took care of my car they found a repair shop they had a tow to the repair shop they dealtt with the police department over the towing bill andthe storage unfortunately they wound up totaling my car but I can’t blame him the repair bill was way over the value of the car it’s amazing how expensive a repair is these days but they gave me a rental car for a couple of days so I can get around but they’ve just been awesome to deal with they’ve just been great in every way I didn’t have to mess with anything all I had to do was sign some documents for them which they sent me in a FedEx envelope they also sent me the return envelope all I had to do was sign them and return them to them they were very fair with the appraisal on how much they would pay me for the car I just can’t say enough good about them and I thought I’d be in big trouble after it happened because of the reduced rate but they’ve been absolutely great out of the Tigard office is where my experience was
