This place over charged us and it was a big overcharge. I don’t recommend Pronto Insurance to anyone. I went to AAA and they quoted me a much better price and signed me up within 15 minutes.

Wendy was very attentive to my needs and provided great customer service. I saved almost 50%. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I had gone the day prior and due to COVID their hours were not as posted. So it cost me time and frustration. When I spoke to the corporate office they were understanding and wanted to provide service over the phone however I never received the quote in my email as promised. I like doing somethings in person.
