They have been horrible the last couple years. No call about declined payments no call about renewal or anything. They use 2 when I signed up then they took off my medical on my policy which only renteres insurance was suppose to only be deleted. Since then they have ignored me and last lady was rude took off my marriage discount after complaining about the removal that was not authorized. Rates got higher and higher every year plus after not renewing they never even called or cared about of I was gonna to renew or why once again my card wasn’t working. Horrible customer service

Horrible. They don’t return calls. My fire insurance has been cancelled. No notice provided and they won’t return my calls. I have filed and complaint against them with the CA Insurance Commissioner.

No notification on policy changes or billing. They don’t call to notify about anything. Call multiple times & I can’t get a call back & when they finally do answer they aren’t able to help. Oh & a quote can take 5 days to be completed while people are without insurance…

I’ve been with this company for at least 35 years, but the ownership changed. They used to be great when the previous owner had the business. They always returned my calls and took care of my insurance needs.

Now much of the time I can’t even get a return phone call. I don’t think the level of competency is the same. I transferred my policies elsewhere. I wish them luck. Perhaps they will get it together.
