Mary Gervasi is always a tremendous help. Fast to respond to my questions and/or concerns. She made it extremely easy to switch to Allstate from State Farm. They were nothing but a nightmare. She handled it for me. I wish that I had her as my agent decades ago. It would’ve saved me time, and great expense, from dealing with other companies. Mary is definitely one to recommend to anyone you know. You’re literally in good hands with her and her team.

May not be an issue specific to this office location but Allstate as a whole. Monthly payment went from $250 to $361 after 6 months of them tricking me into switching. When I called to inquire of the 50% increase they advised of some things that i could do for additional discounts but the rate would still be extremely high! They claimed the increased cost of living. Funny that none of our friends or relatives experienced the same with their agencies. A complete let down! Switching to Progressive

I really had no intentions of switching my insurance, I was quite comfortable be with a reputable company already (State Farm) Although my premium was a bit much for me. The pleasant representative from Allstate (Mary Gervasi) explained everything to me & my husband that the switch would reduce my premium with no change in coverage. We have been fully satisfied with Allstate every since!

They have a good theory, but over all I don’t like their surprise charges. No warning no mention just a charge goes through on your credit card. You’re best off to pay your fee in full at the beginning then they couldn’t be free to spring surprise charges. That’s a theory, mainly because I haven’t attempt it yet. Next time I will and if they surprise me with more charges… they will be gone! Read the small print!
