If I could give Ralph P. Sills Insurance Agency more than 5 stars, I would! Ive been using them for over 10 years and have only had positive and professional experiences. Alan Sills is extremely prompt in responding to calls/emails and always looking out for his clients best interest. He takes time to understand and learn the needs of his clients and is always helping us save on our premiums and steered us in the right direction when we needed to file an insurance claim. I would (& have many times) definitely recommend them for your insurance needs.

We have been customers of Sills Insurance for over 10 years including our House and Auto policies. I have been completely satisfied with the quick response and professionalism for any and all questions we have had.
Recently my daughter purchased a house in the Cleveland area and “shopped” around for the best price among several insurance companies for her house insurance. Sills was the least expensive and best value for her by a significant margin. As a first-time home buyer with limited extra funds, this was very important to her. I very rarely write reviews, but I want to highly recommend Alan Sills of the Ralph P. Sills Insurance Agency. Alan has been helping my husband and I with our insurance needs for years, and he also helped my Dad prior to me finally getting my own insurance (with Alan, who helped with the transition) :). He is genuinely one of the nicest people and is very responsive on any questions you may have on any insurance needs. He also always makes us feel as though he cares about us and our business with researching rates, providing options, etc. I have to say that in a world when you rarely deal with humans anymore for a variety of services, it is a pleasure to work with Alan and have a friendly person you can always get in touch with. Even if you’re happy with your current provider(s), I would recommend reaching out to him and talking through your needs.
