I receive bill after policy end, and was sent to debits collection which I am not notified by any statement. Live in USA and own car for 25 year, never knows Auto insurance still cover you after end of policy without pay for it. I will probably not going to use Allstate any more!

I just can’t do it with them no more so disrespectful Mrs Charles please work on your attitude. It is too lame and ugly. I have the right to say my opinion I have never been late on no payments. I’ve been with y’all over 24 years and then all of a sudden there’s a problem don’t judge me we don’t know me don’t the only reason why I’m gonna stay because rALSTON is a wonderful person so from now on everybody got the right to say their opinion about anybody in business as long as it’s true

After having a not so good experience with my previous insurer I was a bit hesitant to give this location a try . But after speaking with Kevin Rocha at the Charles Agency reassured me that I really am in good hands . He was very thorough and took his time to go over my policy . As some of you may know premiums have been on a rise , but with his knowledge and him being informative really gave me a peace of mind and can we also add great customer service ? these are things you no longer see anymore but I’m glad to know that the Charles Agency has brung amazing coverage and hope in this side of town .
