I had a terrible experience with Cole. I asked to speak with Randy, to see how we can make things right, but I was told “He is a very busy man”, and that he may not get back to me. I ended up getting hung up on.

To make a long story short, Cole has been dishonest, and is trying to cover up his incompetencies by putting words in my mouth. It also seems to me he cares more about the bottom line than customer satisfaction. As a previous agent, and someone who had worked in various departments at Enterprise Mobility, I am appalled at the service I have recieved. He underestimated me, and tried to take advantage. I’m no idiot.

I am wanting to continue business with this agency if things are made right, as I have heard nothing but good! However, Cole told me it would be best for me to seek out another agency. Not good for business.

Randy, please contact me when you see this.I want to give you guys the opportunity to make amends before pursuing legal action.
