DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY!! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND! MILITARY COMMUNITY STAY AWAY! I have been with this agency a little over a year and they are dangerously incompetent! First they let my insurance lap because they lost the copy of my DL and put in the numbers incorrectly. When they requested another copy I thought it was just for their records and no one told me it was needed immediately or my insurance would be cancelled. I only realized when I noticed (a MONTH later) that no payment had been withdrawn. I called and gave them a new copy and was told I had to make an extra large payment that day to prorate for the month it wasn’t paid. I asked if we could pay it on the 15th when we got paid to which I was told yes they could schedule the payment for the 19th just to give extra time. This was in January! I go in yesterday to look at my coverage only to find out this woman never did what she said she was supposed to do! We have been driving completely uninsured since December! It is now the middle of March! Their complete incompetence put me and my family in danger. This mistake (second time now) is completely unexcusable and I would never recommend them to anyone.

I’ve been a Nationwide insurance customer for over 10 years. I moved to Columbia, SC over 8 years ago and met Melanie May. She was friendly and so helpful from day 1. It is more than just business, but a relationship that has grown over the years. I can call or email her and she immediately responds with an explanation and/or solution. It is nice when a business recognizes their customers and work relentlessly to show them support. It is easy to take a customer’s money these days; but to show true customer service is commendable!!! Thanks guys for your continued service!!!!!
