I am extremely unhappy. For some reason Allstate transferred my account to this person. I have been trying for over a year to rectify a situation with my bills. No matter how many times I tell them to use a different account to withdraw the money they can not seem to figure out how to tell the computer to use another account. Ridiculous customer service. Called and talked to someone in the office of an agent I have never met and somehow is my agent. No personal contact and nothing I have ever experienced with any insurance I have ever carried. You would actually have to pick up a phone or answer an email to “serve” your customer.
