When my Agent retired, Republic Associates took his clients. After a few years of unreturned phone calls & refusal to shop rates for me, I went somewhere else.
My assigned Agent was never at her desk and rarely returned my phone calls. They wouldn’t let me talk to someone else because “she is my agent”.
She messed up my car and home policy address when I got a divorce and now claims I never called to say I was going with someone else. I even left a message with the office manager explaining why I left their firm (she wasn’t at her desk, either!). Both saying I never called. Terrible service, they don’t do their jobs.
Just don’t.

When I asked for help with finding homeowners insurance last year my representative refused to shop around for the best deal “just bundle it with your car insurance”. Today they just decided to change the address for my vehicle with no reason, no warning, never asked them to, and I received a $103 bill for it. I’ve repeatedly asked for a new representative and they just say “but everyone else likes her”.
