Place said it closes at 2, showed up today and no one was there. Tried to call but the voicemail does not accept messages. Update your hours so people don’t drive there and waste time.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. I had 6 cars insured with them along with our home. When I sold my house, they knew because I was asking for a quote on the new home. I ended up going with auto owners insurance because they gave me better benefits for a very similar monthly rate. A year later, I got a letter from geico saying that they were going to withdraw money from my account for the new year mortgage insurance. I thought they were referring to my new house and figured they had made a mistake. Well no. They never canceled my policy when I sold my old house. They owed me about 1500.00 but they will only backtrack 8 months. What a bunch of bull. They constantly try to tell me that I have a policy with them for cars and a home when I don’t have anything with them. Please beware of them. They lost a good customer . If anyone wants to shop around try auto owners insurance for car and home.

**BEWARE** My husband and I switched to Geico from USAA last year when we bought our new vehicle. They were able to offer us a better rate for supposedly the exact same USAA plan. My husband hit a deer this past week and when we went to file a claim they apparently didn’t sign us up for rental car insurance on my vehicle that he was driving but somehow did have rental car insurance on his vehicle. BOTH vehicles had rental insurance on them on our USAA plan that they were supposed to match. So basically they are offering lower rates because they are LYING about matching exact plans from other insurance companies. We filed an appeal to have them cover the rental car due to their error but got denied twice. So I’m now out $1300 from having to pay for a rental car that I shouldn’t have had to pay for. I should have stayed with USAA. The policy may have been a little more expensive but their customer service is excellent and they would never have done this to a customer had the situation been reversed.

Under S.C. Ann. § 56-5-1260, every driver involved in an accident that causes injury or death to any person must immediately notify the local police department if the accident happens within the municipality. Police was never involved everyone was fine then the lady turned in my insurance and now false claims injury and they just hand out money to them worse insurance company ever just canceled my policy with them will never go back
