I was with Des Jardin using this office for about a year before my monthly insurance raised and I decided to look elsewhere for insurance.
I had emailed my agent a couple of times about this and I hadn’t received a response for 1 week and my policy was going to renew, so I called the office to cancel as Stella wasn’t getting back to me.
This is the email I received today from her.
Very unprofessional.
I wouldn’t have had to call and cancel if i had gotten a reply and this is what they send to me.
Really rude and unprofessional.

I have called to cancel coverage on a vehicle and it wasn’t completed and when I called to confirmed I was advised that we have 2x the amount of vehicles on my policy and she can’t backdate or compensate for the extra they have collected. Thanks to Vita I would not recommend this company especially when there is no ownership for their error. Again due to this person we will be looking for another company. Thanks Richard for your lack of customer service provided by your staff.

we have car and Home insurance with Richard Gong Agency, Bita Molatalab has always attended to our needs and request with great attitudes, and no wait. I don’t know of another company that has ever matched the customer consistence service level that she has given us over the last 2 years. Also have saved a large amount of money with car insurance policy.

She offered all good and correct advice (proved by time) when applying for my insurance and continued to stay responsive and honest throughout my coverage year.
