Riggs-North Insurance Customer Reviews:
Then when I wanted to find out when policy ends so I could obtain another policy since there was a letter from agency stated policy won’t be renewed. Agency doesn’t answer phone and doesn’t return calls. This was after my mother was with firm since 1980″s. Not good.
However, 9 yrs here & Riggs never covers any issues that arise . Their reasons age of my mobile .9 yrs I have insured my home without reasonable help to keep Maitenance up in my place I will reconsider home insurance where ever I move ! Insurance companies stay a float & richer and if we are poor we loose our homes eventually 🤔 My other recommendation don’t own a Mobile they depreciate & insurance companies don’t help with all maintenance issues that arise ! Some mobiles get sold with a handful of issues so us residents have to fix it up as we live in it. I have lived in Regular homes 16 yrs long before never ever with incredible amount of issues keeping a mobile up. The pros are Mobiles are alot less than apartments or studios . You have more privacy & community support. The cons you buy one at the sale fee along with Monthly lot rent and when something breaks its like a domino effect of issues that follow. Be wealthy ,have a substantial savings or extra credit cards and you’ll be fine ! With Covid many Contractors are not following through to help as well .
