I could not be more pleased since I started with this insurance company. For 6 years I was with the same insurance company in Grafton MA Gaudette Insurance where I was let down completely. I can be a bit unorganized at times and RA Parker has been the perfect solution for me. What I mean by that… when you have a bill due, cancellation pending, anything of that nature Parker’s staff will call you and text you on a daily basis to make sure you are taken care of. Is it their responsibility to make sure all your insurance bills are paid? Not at all. But the fact that you can depend on this company to reach out like they do when any changes are made or any payment is due speaks for itself. They take care of their customers, Greg the owner is an extremely intelligent man that offers great financial and insurance advice, the staff is extremely involved and contacts you consistently whenever something comes up Or is due. They make getting any type of insurance easy. Mackenzie and Kayla are amazing to work with. I highly recommend this company to anyone or any business in the market for insurance

I had a job interview this morning with Julie from Parker Insurance for a RECEPTIONIST POSITION. She seemed nice and welcoming but once the interview started I felt more like I was being interrogated than interviewed. She asked me questions anybody would expect to be asked at a job interview, however, every response was twisted into something negative and not what I said at all. Then she handed me a two page test that consisted of all math questions and one paragraph that she asked me to rewrite in correct format. No calculators allowed. This was especially confusing to me because nowhere in the job description or job qualifications does it say anything about needing to know math or basic math. All of my years working in customer service and reception (12+ years) I never needed to know math without a calculator. This is also the first time I’ve ever been asked to take a test at a job interview. The entire experience made me feel embarrassed and on the verge of tears. In 15 years this was by far the most bizarre job interview I’ve ever been to. Glad I won’t be working for this company.
