Horrible place
I walker into this location. There was no one in this office. Neither lady greeted me. The big lady in the front just starred at me. She then picked up the phone as to be answering a call. The lady behind her was on a call when I arrived. The big lady then asked if she could help me. I said I want to get a membership she said you have to make an appointment. I said okay and walked out. I sat in the parking lot for over an hour because I was waiting on my daughter she was in the building getting her hair done. Not a soul went into that AAA office. They are two of the laziest people I’ve ever seen in my life. After my daughter was finished I asked her to look
In the AAA office and she said no one was in the office conducting business.

The worst service or non-service that I received from the woman promising she call me back in 2 minutes that was going to put me on hold and I said no don’t here’s my phone number and I called again and she said the same thing and never called. Do not use Ron Smith agency for AAA.
