AVOID THIS AGENT AT ALL COST! I have been with ALLSTATE for several years until this agency changed ownership. For the most part I was pleased with both service and pricing. I did not receive notification that that a new agent was taking over the business, fact that they do not dispute. I cancelled my auto policy because of its high relative cost and their poor service. Nonetheless, without ANY NOTICE of a remaining balance, my account was sent to a collection agency.
While there many positive reviews of this agent, please be aware that incentives provided for such reviews in every email to a customer. After a quick review of alternatives I have found several carriers with more cost effective home and auto policies with comparable coverage.

Had a wonderful experience – if you’re looking for a new policy, ask for Karen. She is so knowledgeable and pleasant! She answered all of my questions, and she helped me with what truly felt like my best interest at heart.
