I’m paying 350 a month for insurance and nobody told me my claim was denied until today. The claim was filed Dec 23rd. This office gave me a wrong claim number and claims hung once, asked what I did for a living etc….. unprofessional and playing games. I don’t recommend this company unless you’re black. I’m not black and my claim is denied 6 months after the claim was submitted. They paid for 2 weeks and told to take it back to Enterprise. Probably Democrats in my opinion.

Spoke with Victoria and she was super helpful. I originally called in to remove vehicle but I ended up adding my husband’s car to my policy and was able to lower my premium for our vehicles. She was super sweet and helpful. Thank you again.

no one picked call when I needed. I had some roof damage in the storms and that was on late evening. I called Ryan on provided number and also to the salesperson that helped me buy the policy. no one picked the call.

I had to call someone from roofing company to do the immediate repairs. What is the point of having insurance agent if they don’t pick call when you need them most.
