As a client of Ryan’s office, I can attest to his professionalism. Due to my own work and career, customer service with an insurance agent is just as important to me as good rates. But since I do work with Ryan on a different level due to my own work/career, I can attest to his solid work with the insurance claims that come through his office, and to be honest, this is where the Ryan Keen Agency and his STAFF truly set themselves apart. They take time, care, give input, and make sure each claim is as smooth as possible. Clearly he has the backing of a great company that is very good with claims, but that fact in connection with his agency’s level of service is what sets them apart. I do not write reviews often, but when warranted like it is with the Ryan Keen Agency, it is easy to give a 5 Star review!

We had American Family for years with our previous agent and our experience was amazing, any time we had a claim or any insurance questions she was right on it and made it so easy for us. Our agent retired and we were assure our service would continue to be amazing and effortless as it had been. It was not long we realized that was not the case, as a growing company we need agents that will grow with us and it had seemed we did not have that any longer with Keen agency as our new agent. One of our techs was rear ended shortly before we changed carriers and we have been fighting to get something resolved since Feb-2022. I have sent countless emails and made multiple calls trying to find out what is going on and why we still have a wrecked vehicle. After 10 months of trying to get answers they say they changed the estimate we sent in by over $7,000.00, with out sending an adjuster out to look at it, and sent us a check for what they thought it should cost us. When asked about it and when the rest would be here or how to proceed we kept getting told they couldn’t help us cause we are not customers any longer. And that it was our fault for cancelling our policy and creating a mess for them-one of my favorite saying from all this was they didn’t make any money off of us since we cancelled. Personal policies might be ok but Businesses beware. Crazy

Great Service and Great Deal for ALL Insurance needs! I was referred to Ryan and his team by my home loan group. Ryan has always been available to answer questions and to prepare quick quotes. He takes the time to explain the policy and steps needed. He significantly reduced my auto policy when bundling it with my home owners insurance. The deal was so good that i opened life insurance policies for both my wife and i. I pay close to the same amount that i used to pay JUST for my auto policy. Now i have homeowners, auto and life policies with him. Great job Ryan! I recommend Ryan and American Family Insurance to anyone who is looking for better service/price.

Ryan and his team are excellent. I’ve made two claims with American Family, one auto and one with my home. Both claims were handled promptly and left me highly satisfied. Ryan and his team are responsive and knowledgeable about the matters at hand. I would recommend American Family and Ryan Keen if you want to save money, have excellent customer service and to have your claims resolved promptly.
