Dumb as a box of rocks, doesn’t know insurance for crap and when asked to cancel a policy continues to bill you and is NEVER reachable by phone you have to go in in person and Sabrina herself is never in the office. Worst agent ever!!! Will be reporting to the BBB!!!

10/10 I would recommend this agency to anyone! The staff is very polite and completely resolve any problems in a timely manner. They make sure to explain premiums in way you’ll understand everything and encourage anything that could possibly save money to take advantage of it.
