Was told to get here at 10 am with my car title, and to sign power of attorney and I would receive my total loss check of 4700$. It is now 4pm and I am still waiting for my money. Never use Safeway. Terrible insurance company terrible customer service!!

I’m not reviewing as a Safeway customer, I had another issue involving a fraudulent charge to Safeway Insurance. They were very nice and helpful! It totally was no fault of theirs and they treated my husband and I very respectfully. They swallowed interest and compassion for our situation and I appreciated that. It says a lot as bout the character of their business! 👍👍😁😁7
