Edit after response: I believe Scott’s response says all there is to know about him. Very dismissive and unable to take accountability for how he treats people. Threatening lawsuits, slander, and claiming false reviews. Have the day you deserve sir. You may intimidate some people with your responses and overall attitude, but we will not be intimidated. It would have been nice if you had this quick of response time when we were customers with you tho!

Scott is not a people person. He was impossible to reach by phone or get a call returned in our 3 years with him. We had to always go into the office to be able to talk about anything, and be talked to as if we were inconviencing him and messing up his day. Very impersonal and rude, interrupting when we would try to ask questions. Highly recommend going to any other insurance company. We switched to State Farm and couldn’t be happier with the welcoming and responses we receive every time we reach out to Reyna. Wish we had switched sooner.
