I don’t write reviews often, but I have to write one for Shelter Insurance! The professional, communication, knowledge of coverage’s and promptness was 2nd to none! I recently started a trucking company and I was not fully aware of exactly the coverage I needed. Toi from Shelter Insurance was not only very patient with me, she explained exactly what I need to have to operate my business legally. I got several quotes from other companies but Shelter insurance was by far the BEST!
After getting my commercial policy with Shelter Insurance, I’m actively in the process of switching my personal policies over to Shelter as well. Simply put, Shelter Insurance treated us as family members/friends, their prices are very competitive and they were not pushy at all (like most insurance agencies).
