We just got hung up on and was refused the insurance agency contact number, and was told they needed the at fault client to give approval for a claim. I don’t even think that is legal?
So unprofessional , and they wanted to argue about the damages on the vehicle without an assessor etc. wow

Very poor claims experience using Shepherd. Didn’t help at all and actually slowed the process down by giving false information to the insurance company. I moved my policy to another group in Carmel that is MUCH better.

Terrible experience. Was lied to multiple times by multiple agents. Everyone there seems to be incompetent. Maybe only requiring a GED to be an insurance agent isn’t a good idea.
Will be filing a case with the State Attorney General’s office.
