I called Karen and Cindy 3 times to have a auto removed from my policy. I sold the car on August 28 and still have not heard back from him yet. They never returned any calls so I had called them for the last time only to have Karen tell me she didn’t have my phone number. What a complete lie. I’ve been with this company for 12 years. I’ve had other issues with them as well. They still have not sent my 500 dollar deductible from an accident my son had 9 months ago, and I do have full coverage insurance. I’ve called several times about that to get the run around again and again. Then Karen proceeded to tell me that they don’t bind insurance in Maine. I’ve lived in Maine for over 20 years and have had them for my auto policy for the last 12 years. Trust me when I tell you find another agent because these people just don’t care. Just go through, progressive directly and avoid this company at all cost. Normally, I don’t leave bad reviews for anybody, but I just couldn’t in good conscious not say anything. They were both extremely rude not professional over the phone and acted like they could care less if they have my business. Well they don’t anymore and I hope to expose them to the owners. To the owners, if you are losing business is because of these two working at your agency.

This company is great to deal with and our account rep Karin Fletcher is the absolute best! She makes everything so simple and easy with any type of sending/requesting of documents and she’s always prompt and efficient. They have also provided us with the lowest rates (believe me I’ve shopped around) and very good coverage for the last 5 years. Couldn’t be happier with this company.
