If I had a choice to give no stars I would have. Carlyle’s Appling had told me what the amount of the coverage would be also giving me renters insurance I never asked for.Then have the nerve to be very rude and I see I’m not the only one on here complaining about her attitude. Who in their right mind would have someone like this working with the public? And the owner V. Tanguturi don’t respond to complaints. So I had to go to my bank to make sure they won’t be paid for the money the took out of my account and also will contact Allstate corporate office to let them know what’s going on. I thought I was doing business with Allstate insurance not Siri insurance claiming to be Allstate. They should let you know that when you call them. This company is filled with such deceit and lies it’s ridiculous. And when you send someone a quote make sure you have their name and address right!!

My agent Carlyse Appling was amazing!!! She was attentive and got me a great policy much less than I had. She was very pleasant and worked with me through a very tough time in my life( loss of parents). It meant a lot that she was patient and caring. If I could rate her 10 stars, I definitely would!!!

I have had Allstate Insurance for the last 4 years. I previously had USAA but Allstate beat the price for the same coverage. I have not had an issue when filing a claim. I highly recommend Allstate Insurance.
