After that I cancelled everything with them since they can’t even keep track of my banking data. They still want to charge me for “partial policy” tho….

I have records of all the this via text thankfully, to prove it.

Don’t do business here. They are incompetent.

Absolutely unacceptable service from smoak insurance with 110% incompetence with handling personal information. There inability to owne there mistakes is infuriating followed up by general lack of care for your account. Do not trust them with your business.
