If I could leave something less than a 1 star review I absolutely would because this insurance doesn’t even deserve one. They are an absolute nightmare to deal with. One of their insured drivers hit me over a month ago on 7/17 today is 8/23, did I know my adjusters name before yesterday? Nope. Did she ever call me to keep me updated? Nope. Did I have to call every day to get updates and get the process going? Yup. Was she ever available when I called? Nope, always away or in a meeting. So good look speaking with your adjuster and if it is Kristy Hernandez I wish you the best of luck. Was my car in good condition to be driving around this long? Nope. This insurance is trash and a joke. You’re better off going through your insurance.

Please do NOT buy this insurance – they are absolutely horrible. We were hit by one of their insureds almost 4 weeks ago, took responsibility at the scene. Can’t get them to return a phone call for the life of me. Our car is completely disabled. We’re fortunate enough to have more than one car, but this could easily make someone homeless if they have one car and can’t get to work, run errands, etc. The body shop is estimating 2 – 3 months to repair the damage, but we can’t even get it in as the adjustor won’t even call us back. I was told at initial claim it would take 24 – 48 business hours for the adjustor to call. Um – even if you take that as 8 hours a day (who does that??), that’s 4 days max. It’s been 4 weeks. Look at the reviews, and run FAST away from this company.

Just like every other comment here, I don’t know why this horrible insurance company (Snap) is allowed to operate. Their at fault driver struck my car from the rear when I’d almost exited an intersection. She did not stop at the STOP sign.

I have been calling Snap insurance for a week now and I just got a hold of the so called Adjuster today and she was very rude. She did not review my claims for over a week after sending all the required evidences; the photos, written statement, and the police report of the accident. You don’t want to deal with Snap Insurance or any of their Adjusters, such as Sandra Vacio. Sandra is a very rude lady with no empathy.

One of the most unprofessional insurance companies I have ever worked with! One of their drivers rear ended my daughter’s car at a red light and totaled her car. This insurance company was unprofessional and lacked proper communication and customer assistance. We had to depend on our own personal insurance to support us through this horrible, and stressful process.

When I got into a wreck with one of their at fault drivers, I had a 5 month old. At this rate, I’m hoping my car is fixed by the time she starts elementary school.

One phone call away from hiring a laywer.

They give you the run around, say “you should just go through your own insurance” about 28 times per call and at a month since the accident, I am no where closer to getting my car fixed. The stupidest part?

They’re mailing me a check (from their estimator) knowing it’s $400 less than the lowest repair shop I could find. Then I have to send it to my bank to also co-sign, they send it back, then I can get it repaired. WT actual F. Sounds like it’ll be another headache to get the rest taken care of.

When you pray to not get hit by a driver from a s****y insurance someday, this is one of those you hope steers clear. And the sad part is my car is just some paint, step up bars and a fender. God help you if you actually have damage.
