SNAP Insurance Service Customer Reviews:
I have been calling Snap insurance for a week now and I just got a hold of the so called Adjuster today and she was very rude. She did not review my claims for over a week after sending all the required evidences; the photos, written statement, and the police report of the accident. You don’t want to deal with Snap Insurance or any of their Adjusters, such as Sandra Vacio. Sandra is a very rude lady with no empathy.
One phone call away from hiring a laywer.
They give you the run around, say “you should just go through your own insurance” about 28 times per call and at a month since the accident, I am no where closer to getting my car fixed. The stupidest part?
They’re mailing me a check (from their estimator) knowing it’s $400 less than the lowest repair shop I could find. Then I have to send it to my bank to also co-sign, they send it back, then I can get it repaired. WT actual F. Sounds like it’ll be another headache to get the rest taken care of.
When you pray to not get hit by a driver from a s****y insurance someday, this is one of those you hope steers clear. And the sad part is my car is just some paint, step up bars and a fender. God help you if you actually have damage.
