My mother has been waiting almost a full month just to receive a rental car after hitting a deer on 8/31. The adjuster (Jackie Petnelli) is never reachable and when she is she states she has just received everything which is a lie. We will definitely be going to another insurance soon.

Okay well this company is not a accredited business and I know someone that is really going through it right now I really feel sorry for them okay to give y’all a back drop car was wrecked at the beginning of July I believe they have been dealing with trying to get this insurance company to accept their claim well it has been denied and they went to the commission to try to get it handled and nothing the commission went in favor of the insurance company I believe they submitted three complaints and nothing happened seeing them go through this is sad insurance was due at the beginning of the month but the 3rd party company was closed due to holiday they took the holiday and the day after as well they didn’t get to make the via this was a renewal payment I believe as well moral of the story is this company doesn’t give grace periods at all everyone be careful who you do business with glad my insurance company gives grace periods I called my insurance company immediately after hearing what they have went through

Had one of their insured hit our entire roads mailboxes. After 3 months they have now decided they will not pay for damages. Claim Adjuster Vanessa Sales is who we have dealt with. This happened May 28 and today is August 15. This company is an absolute joke. Run far far away from them. Also, if you have to file against them. They will do everything they can to not pay.

First and foremost I want to thank Southern General Insurance for such a pleasant experience under the circumstance! My car was damaged by one of your insured and at no point did any of the personnel at Southern General Insurance make me feel as though they did not want to be fair or that I was a bother.

Everyone I came in contact with from Nicole, I believe that was her name. Very thorough, professional and pleasant. The Doan Group was very accommodating with his appraisal schedule, and was very pleasant and professional. And last but certainly not least April Lima was outstanding! She actually answers her phone which is rare since a lot of businesses still use COVID as a reason not to provide immediate customer service. April has been nothing but efficient, professional, pleasant, accommodating, attentive and fair! Her customer service should be an example of how all claims are handled, fault or no fault.

It’s difficult enough being in an accident, but when you’re met with such professionalism and just human empathy, from an insurance company that has to pay out a claim to someone not insured by them, it is refreshing.

I definitely, know who to come to if my insurance company falls short or I know of anyone seeking an insurance company! Again, I thank you Southern General Insurance and April Lima for making a difficult incident painless!

I was in an accident with one of the people that they and sure at first they were good at getting back to me. But as soon as they accept it liability, I can not get anyone on the phone anymore. And all my calls are being completely forwarded to somewhere else.

The insurance End it up Getting back to me after a while.They gave me a rental So as of right now.I don’t have any more complaints for them
