I should have listened to my first instinct with this location. The first time I called to switch my out of state insurance over to a branch here in Kansas the woman answered and never took me off speaker phone. Just continue to talk to me and hold a conversation awkwardly over speaker phone. So unprofessional. Then she emailed me and the email looked like a sixth grader composed it. No capitalization, poorly written sentences and I just tried to think positive and blame it on maybe being busy. Then the quotes they gave me were inflated and they advised me to get 300k on my dogs, when most State Farm insurers recommend 100k. Then I get to a point that I really need to transfer it over because I’ve been here a month and need to get a NC license and would you believe that when I called to make an appointment to come in a formally switch my plan over, she lets me know that I have to have a valid NC license in order to switch my plan over. After all that work and she knew I was getting my insurance do I could get the license. Just horrible. So I told her that I changed my mind and that I wasn’t going to go with them and would you believe she called my State Farm in my last state where I still had coverage and told them that she had proof that I had moved and that they needed to drop me. Thankfully, I had been with that location for 23 years and State Farm as a whole for 33 years, so they called me to confirm and ended up extended my coverage for another 6 months in order to give me time to acquire my NC license. Do what you want, but I wouldn’t use this location.

Save Money With State Farm:
2016 started very differently from my prior 20 plus years. First I learned my prior Insurance Agency was sold and the new owners were going paperless. Call me old fashion, but I love the paper trail. How else can you prove your position?

Charlie and Sheila are beyond the best of the best. I got better coverage for half the cost of what I was paying another national carrier. Do not hesitate to give them a call for all your insurance needs.
