Never go to this place they robbed me. I had to do Bond on my trailer, they charged me $250 whereas other insurance quoted me only $100. Anyway one time business before I would give them more possible business. And yes, they have to keep waiting for longer time to grab their pray.

I wish that I could give zero stars! Customer service is horrible!!! Absolutely, NO PROPER PHONE ETIQUETTE AT ALL!! I asked who was in charge of the company and responsible for the quote and I was informed by Kimberly that they all are responsible. I couldn’t even speak with the owner to let him/her know that you have your staff answering the phones not even giving their names to the customer and get agitated when asked. I can’t believe that I stayed with them as long as I have. When I told Jasmine that I was taking my business elsewhere, her response was GREAT. The name SUPERIOR is a joke. If the owner of this company reads this review I hope that he listens to how his staff represents him/her over the phone.

I have known Chris and his team for several years now. I work in Powersports Sales and besides trying to send my friends some business, I am also always trying to help my own customers save money anywhere they can. Whether it be Chris or one of his employees, everyone has always been prompt with answering calls, questions, and working quotes at anytime! I’ve witnessed sooo many people save literally HUNDREDS $$$ of dollars on premiums when comparing to their current (now past) insurance provider. Whether you are seeking savings, something more local, or just someone that is down to earth and genuinely cares, I 5 out of 5 recommend at least giving these guys a shot!

I bought a 2023 Honda and they were able to get me a policy same day. I had Lydia help me with to policy and she was really sweet and the price was better then any I could find online. I read some of these reviews and I don’t know why the people that work here are treated so horribly by customers and why people are calling people out by name in the reviews. It is really sad and its just insurance.
